This is a count by tail number of aircraft in service during the month for DOMESTIC flights only. If an aircraft does not fly during the month it does not count. It could be in maintenance or parked. Aircraft that are not registered in the USA are not available.

6) UTILIZATION SEEMS LOW?

Data is domestic only and that reduces utilization below other sources even for narrowbodies thay may normally fly to the Caribbean or Canada.
