1) WHO ARE YOU?
I'm somebody who has been in the airline industry for a long time at middle management levels at a number of entities. Obviously the less I say about who I am the more I can have an opinion. Such is the world we live in!
2) WHAT DOES ENILRIA MEAN? HOW DO YOU SAY IT?
ENILRIA is AIRLINE spelled backwards. It refers to having an opinion that's different about the airline business. It is pronounced EEE-NILL-REE-UHH.
3) WHERE CAN I GET MERCHANDISE/CLOTHES/SWAG/MUGS/ETC?
Just go HERE. All inquiries, questions, issues about merchandise should be addressed with Spreadshirt. I only give them logos!
4) CAN I POST YOUR STUFF TO OTHER SITES/USE AT WORK?
REPRODUCTION AND REPOSTING POLICY:
A) PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Copying and reposting my posts to other sites or inside your company would damage what we are trying to do here in terms of building our own community, so reposting text from this Patreon is not allowed. While I "own" the text/images I post, I don't own the news that an airline is adding or dropping a route. Please discuss the posts here, but if you are overwhelmed with desire to discuss it on another site or email it to a friend, simply post on that site "American adds Elko. Source: enilria.com". If that site will not allow a link to this site for attribution, then please reconsider posting this info to that site. Some posts are marked PUBLIC and I will post an external link. Those posts only can be freely shared and are intended to bring new users to the site.
B) BUSINESS ACCOUNT For employees of a business that needs airport or airport data or information from this site, this account allows use of all reports (except Schedule Change and Route Maps) in internal work documents, internal and external presentations, etc. It does not include resale of any data or reports produced on this site. It does not include reposting data from this site to other websites. Watermarks cannot be removed, and credit to enilria.com must be provided with any use. This account level includes access to all reports and automatic inclusion of one airport in report rotations.
5) ARE YOU ON PATREON.COM OR ENILRIA.COM?
BOTH! Patreon is a good platform for handling the business side of the Enilria site, but it works poorly for marketing and also does not include a lot tools that I feel we need. So, the two sites work together. Enilria.com has an excellent search engine for posts, while the Patreon.com site uses keyword links. Enilria.com is intended to be the front page of the site which passes you off to Patreon to verify your account.
6) ARE YOU ON TWITTER, LINKEDIN, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, DISCORD?
Someone from Singapore Airport appears to have grabbed the Enilria Facebook and Instagram pages. We did have a Linkedin page, but Linkedin has made it difficult to operate that page without explicitly connecting my personal information which I do not wish to do. That's talked about in another FAQ answer! We have a DISCORD account reserved, but it is not in use at this time.
7) WHERE CAN I LOOK UP AIRPORT AND AIRLINE CODES?
The modern codes are searchable HERE. For the Flashback Posts it gets a little complicated because many of those codes are no longer in use. The Flashback FAQ has some codes detailed for some of the years we post data from.
8) WILL MY INFORMATION BE PRIVATE?
Anything you post in the comments section may be seen by others on the site or on the internet in general as some posts may be public. Your Display Name may also appear on the site or enilria.com in Thank You posts even if you do not post. It is recommended that you not use your real name for your Display Name if you wish to maintain privacy.
9) SHOULD I USE MY REAL NAME ON THE SITE?
You should do what you want to do. If you do use your real name be aware that it can be seen by others. Generally, it is recommended to create a DISPLAY NAME or Username in the Patreon settings to avoid using your real name as your Display Name will appear on the site or on enilria.com in Thank You posts even if you do not post yourself.
